From Penticton BC’s Tin Whistle Brewing in collaboration with Wild Goose Vineyards comes their “Wasted Grape Gewürztraminer Saison”.  The beer poured a copper colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of wine notes from the Gewurztraminer grapes, spices and stone fruits.  The flavour is of wine grapes, lemon, stone fruit, spices, grains and a mild pith.  The alcohol content comes in at 6.8% with an IBU of 20.  I still find it weird that I enjoy this beer wine hybrids as I really dislike wine.  But once again this was a very interesting blend and I would get more for sure.
