High Fives & Fun Times Sour Brut IPA – Big Ridge Brewing (SILVER VALLEY BREWING)

From Big Ridge Brewing in Surrey in collaboration with Silver Valley Brewing out of Maple Ridge comes their “High Fives & Fun Times Sour Brut IPA”.  The beer pours a golden yellow colour with an off white head.  The aroma consists of floral hops, tartness with fruit notes.  The flavour is of tartness up front, grain, fruity notes that hint towards tropical fruit with a dry finish and a low bitterness finishing the package off.  The alcohol content comes in at 7.7%with an IBU of 25.  This was a nice blend of flavours between the sour and the Brut IPA.
