Jetpacks Was Yes West Coast IPA – SILVER VALLEY BREWING

From Silver Valley Brewing out of Maple Ridge comes their “Jetpacks Was Yes” a  West Coast IPA.  The beer pours a golden colour with a white head and lacing.  The aroma consists of floral hops, melon and some hints of malts.  The flavour is of melon, citrus, herbal hops, resin, grain and medium bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 6.5% with an IBU of 60.  This is a nice West Coast IPA in the sea of the New England IPA.

Commercial Description:  A straight forward West Coast IPA with plenty of hop character while remaining balanced with decent malt backbone. Pairs well with BBQ, spicy foods, blue cheeses, and white chocolate desserts.
