From Trading Post Brewing in Langley comes their “Tart Cranberry Ale”. The beer pours a reddish colour with a white head. The aroma consists of tart cranberries, sweetness and some wheat. The flavour is of tartness, cranberries and hints of wheat. The alcohol content comes in at 5.9% with an IBU of 7. This may sound one noted and in some ways it is but that is pretty normal for a kettle sour. It was very enjoyable and I will be drinking more of it in the future for sure.
Commercial Description: Kettle soured with lactobacillus, this wheat ale has a medium malt body and a bold tart cranberry flavour
