From Alibi Ale Works out of Incline Village Nevada on the shores of Lake Tahoe comes their “Pale Ale”.  The beer pours a an orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of tropical fruit, orange and a sweetness.   The flavour is of tropical fruit, orange, watermelon, citrus rind and pith, toffee and medium bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5.5% with an IBU of 40.  This is a nice Pale Ale and I would love to try more from this brewery.

Commercial Description:  Citrusy, Tropical, Refreshing.  Loads of citra, eldorado and cascade hops are carefully layered over a lightly toasty malt backbone to create a highly aromatic and crushable West Coast pale ale.
