From Central City Brewers & Distillers in Surrey comes their “Queensborough Gin Fzzz Lime” a drink mixed with their Queensborough Gin. This unsweetened premixed cocktail pours clear with a very small white head that dissipated instantly. The aroma consists of lime and gin including juniper berries and pine notes. The flavour is of mild lime much like a flavoured carbonated water and hints of pine and juniper berries from the gin. The alcohol content comes in at 5%. This is definitely an interesting mix and would be great for people that do not like sweeter drinks or are looking for a low alcohol mix.
