From Victoria’s Category 12 Brewing in Victoria comes their “Fresh-Hopped Wild Pale Ale”. The beer pours a cloudy golden colour with a white head. The aroma consists of floral and grassy hops, mild citrus and a hint of tartness. The flavour is of herbal and grassy hops, mild pith, citrus, a bit vegetal (In a good way), medium bitterness and some funky tartness. The alcohol content comes in at 5% and an IBU of 34. This is a really nice wild Pale Ale and the fresh hops are a nice touch.
