Flying Fist IPA – 京A Brewing Co (Jinga Brewing)

From Beijing China’s 京A Brewing Co (Jinga Brewing) comes their “Flying FIrst IPA”.  The beer pours a golden colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of tropical fruit, melon, floral hops and a sweetness.  The flavour is of tropical fruit, citrus, citrus pith, resin, grassy, caramel, pine and bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 6.5% with an IBU of 55.  Unfortunately I do not think my bottle was super fresh but it was still pretty tasty and I wish I could have tried it right at the brewery.
