From Boundary Brewing in Kelowna comes their “Sunshine Hefeweizen”. The beer pours a mild cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma consists of banana, bubblegum, wheat, clove and yeast. The flavour is of yeast, banana, wheat, clove, mild bubblegum, citrusy with almost no bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5.2% with an IBU of 10. This is what you would be looking for in a Hefeweizen a nice easy drinking brew on for a hot day.

Using a traditional Bavarian wheat beer yeast strain and served young and fresh, esters of clove spice and touches of aweet, mellow banana are, carried on a silky body of wheat and crisp pilsner malt.
