Pollyanna Wild Northeast IPA – 2 CROWS BREWING

From 2 Crows Brewing out of Halifax Nova Scotia comes their “Pollyanna Wild Northeast IPA”.  The beer pours a murky copper colour with an off white head.  The aroma consists of floral hops, mild fruits including tropical fruits, mango, orange and some caramel and bready malts.  The flavour is of tropical fruits, mango, orange, citrus pith, dankness, resin and some mild bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 7.3% with an IBU of 64.  This is a really nice NE IPA although it didn’t taste all that wild to me.
