From Russell Brewing in Surrey comes their “Belgian Saison”. The beer pours a golden colour with a white head. The aroma consists of yeast, citrus, banana, earth, spices, grain and floral hops. The flavour is of lemon, citrus rind,banana, spices, pepper, earth, yeast, grain and a low bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5.8% with an IBU of 28. Saisons are really enjoyable in the summer and this one fits the bill for sure.
Commercial Description: A Belgian style Saison brewed with pilsner, Munich, and wheat malts hopped with noble Saaz. Fermented using a traditional Belgian Saison yeast strain imparting a spicy complexity with notes of banana, clove, and bubblegum. Thanks for your thirst and support.
