From Britannia Brewing Company in the Richmond with a tasting room in Steveston Village in collaboration with Four Winds Brewing in Delta comes their “Crewseeker Wild Saison”.  The beer poured an amber colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of fruit, grape must, pear, yeast, mild funk, spice and some oak.  The flavour is of fruity notes, pear, grape must, citrus rind, mild funk, yeast, spice, oak and some mild grainy malts.  The beer comes in at 5.5% ABV with an IBU of 14.  Not as funky as some wild saisons but it was an enjoyable brew and you have to enjoy both breweries in this collaboration.
