From Torchlight Brewing in Nelson BC comes their “The Big Squeezy” a Stone Fruit Pale Ale.  The beer pours a hazy orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of juicy hops, peach, tropical fruit and floral hops.  The flavour is of peach, tropical fruit, citrus, nectarine, juicy hops, citrus rind, mild grain, herbal hops and a very low bitterness in the finish.  The alcohol content comes in at 5.5% with an IBU of 20.  This is a subtle and tasty Pale Ale and is well worth the pickup if you can find it.
