From Silver Valley Brewing out of Maple Ridge comes their “Like the Sun” Golden Ale. The beer pours a golden colour with a white head. The aroma consists of lemon, grainy malts, floral hops and sweetness. The flavour is of lemon, grainy malts, herbal hops, pith, semi sweetness and a light bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 38. If you are a fan of a more tame British syle beer then you should look out for the beers from Silver Valley Brewing including this one. Not a flavour bomb but well made.
