From Coal Harbour Brewing in Vancouver comes their “Beer Connoisour” a Raspberry Sour brewed with Dino Sours.  The beer pours a cloudy red colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of raspberries, lemongrass and sweetness.  The flavour is of raspberries, tartness, lemongrass, herbal hops, juniper berries and some sweetness.  The alcohol content comes in at 4.8%.  This beer tastes like a dino sour candy in a good way!  This was a really enjoyable brew.

Commercial Description:  Our head brewer Tom loves certain sour dino shaped candy so much that they were the inspiration for this beer. Packed with raspberries and a bit of lemongrass, this Sour Ale will satisfy the beer geek and inner child in all of us. A handful might have even found their way into the beer.
