From Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks in Richmond comes there “Sakari Guava Sour”.  This kettle sour pours much like a New England IPA with a very cloudy orange with a white head.  The aroma consists of guava, citrus, ripe fruit and tartness with a good sweetness in the finish.  The flavour is of guava, lemon, ripe fruit, sweetness and medium tartness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5.3% with an IBU of 7.  This is a really complex sour being that it is actually a kettle sour.  That is always a difficult balance when making kettle sours.
