From Dageraad Brewing out of Barnaby in Collaboration with 2 Crows Brewing out of Halifax comes a multi coast collaboration in “Murder City” a Norwegian farmhouse session ale dry-hopped with Citra and Motueka.  The beer pours a cloudy yellow colour with a white head.  The aroma consist of pith, farmhouse yeast, citrus and grain.  The flavour is of citrus, grapefruit rind, citrus pith, grain, herbal hops and some farmhouse yeast.  The alcohol content comes in at 4.2%.  This is one mighty crushable session ale and worthy of a collaborative effort.

Commercial Description:  For this coast-to-coast collaboration, our Halifax friends from 2 Crows joined us in Burnaby, where Vancouver’s murder roosts.  Using yeast from farmhouse breweries in Norway, Citra hops from the United States and Motueka hops from New Zealand, we brewed a fruity. lightweight, crushable ale.
