From Town Square Brewing in Edmonton Alberta comes their “Chainsaws For Hands” a Rye & Ginger Sour.  The beer pours a cloudy orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of ginger, lemon, tartness rye spice and a sweet finish.  The flavour is of lemon, ginger, tartness, grain, rye spice with a sweet finish.  The alcohol content comes in at 5.4%.  This is a neat mixture of flavours and while its not my favourite sour its well worth picking up a can or two if not just for the epic can art.

Commercial Description:  Step up your sour game with this spicy ry and ginger sour.  Flaked and malted rye power up the body while a dash of ginger puts your taste buds into overdrive.  Big sour notes linger on the back and while citrus Asacca hops balance out this truly unique brew.
