From New Westminster’s Steel & Oak Brewing  in collaboration with Superflux Beer Company brewing comes their “Boomerang 2 Double IPA”.  The beer pours a murky orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of tropical fruit, pine and herbal hops.  The flavour is of Tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, cirrus rind, herbal hops, low bitterness and some grainy hops.  The alcohol content comes in at 8%.  This is a super juicy Double IPA and I wish I could get more of it.

Commercial Description:  Boomerang is a big juicy double IPA that is heavily dry-hopped with Vic Secret, Wai-iti, and Motueka. For this second version they tweaked the water profile for a fuller mouthfeel and smoother finish.
