From Driftwood Brewery out of Victoria BC comes their “Singularity Russian Imperial Stout 2019″.  The beer pours an opaque black with a brown head.  The aroma consists of chocolate, roasted malts, toffee, sweetness and oak.  The flavour is of oak, whiskey, chocolate, roasted malts, bitterness, resin, pine, leather and ash.  The alcohol content comes in at 10.3%.  Not the best version of this beer but still an enjoyable brew and well worth picking up.

Commercial Description:  Beer of infinite density. Massive, rich coffee and chocolate flavour mingle with the vanilla and dried fruit. A beer to be shared and savoured. Can be cellared. Enjoy with (or as) dessert!
