From Andina Brewing Company in Vancouver comes their “Pálida Pale Ale”.  The beer pours a mildly cloudy orange with a white head.  The aroma consists of mild citrus and tropical notes, floral hops, semi sweet notes.  The flavour is of herbal and earthy hops up front with citrus and tropical next moving into some citrus pith, mild bitterness and biscuit malts.  The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 35.  This is an understated Pale Ale but it is well constructed and an easy sipper.  This one does not need a tone of contemplation just sipping.
