From the Parkside Brewery in Port Moody in collaboration with Strange Fellows Brewing in Vancouver  comes their “STRANGE SIDE: ACT II A Brazen Brown Ale”.  The beer pours a brown colour with a tan head.  The aroma consists of roasted malts, earth, ash, caramel and sweetness.  The flavour is of roasted malts, caramel, pine, earth, ash and mild bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 4.9% with an IBU of 20.  You really can not beat a good brown ale on a cold day can you.

Commercial Description:  A collaborative brew with our friends from Strange Fellow Brewing – and made in support of the 2018 PuSh International Performing Arts Festival – this Brown Ale is made on a malt base of Maris Otter, Pale, Chocolate Malt, Midnight Wheat and Malted Oats then generously hopped with Cascade to give it a chestnut brown body with a refreshingly smooth, well-balanced finish.
