From Backcountry Brewing in Squamish comes their “Suck it Trebek Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale”. The beer pours a murky orange with a white head. The aroma consists of tropical fruit, sweetness and herbal and floral hops. The flavour is of tropical fruit, orange, huge citrus overall, herbal hops, mild pith and a low to medium bitterness in the finish. The alcohol content comes in at 5.5% with an IBU of 28. Backcountry Brewing makes great beer and this one was just anouther example of that.
Commercial Description: Our most aggressively hopped pale ale to date. This beer was dry hopped long and dry hopped hard with Enigma, Chinook and Citra. The resulting beer is an absolute hop bomb of a pale ale that still remains sessionable. Cheers!
