Fresh Hopped Estate Grown ESB – SPINNAKERS GASTRO BREWPUB

From Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub in Victoria comes their “Fresh Hopped Estate Grown ESB”.  The beer pours a very deep amber colour with an off white head.  The aroma consists of very floral and herbal hops, grain and caramel.  The flavour is of grain, caramel, herbal and grassy hops and a low bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5.2% with an IBU of 40.  You have to love a well crafted ESB and the fresh hops add a nice touch.

Commercial Description:  This Fresh Hopped ESB is a twist on the classic English style and was brewed with estate grown hops from around Spinnakers as well as our own hop farm in the Sooke River Valley on Vancouver Island. Best enjoyed fresh!
