From Parish Brewing out of Broussard Louisiana comes their “Ghost in the Machine Double IPA”.  The beer pours a murky orange colour with white head.  The aroma consists of orange juice, pineapple, other tropical fruits, herbal hops and sweetness. The flavour is of orange juice, pineapple, general tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus pith, mild bitterness and some resin.  The alcohol content comes in at 8%.  I hope this is a representation of what is going on in Louisiana as this was a really tasty New England Style Double IPA.
