Dortmunder Export Lager – Bomber Brewing

From Bomber Brewing in East Vancouver comes their “Dortmunder Export Lager” a beer brewed for the St. Augustine’s 10th Anniversary party on August 9, 2018.  The beer pours a copper colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of grain, bread, citrus, sweetness and a grassy finish.  The flavour is of grain, cracker malts, citrus, sweetness, mild bitterness and herbal hops.  The alcohol content comes in at 6%.  This is definitely more complex than your average lager and quite enjoyable.
