From 2 Crows Brewing out of Halifax Nova Scotia comes their “Fantacity Dry-Hopped Witbier”. The beer pours a golden mildly cloudy colour with white head. The aroma consists of lemony hops, wheat, floral hops, yeast with a lemon peel finish. The flavour is of lemon, citrus peel, wheat, yeast with both mild herbal and bitterness in the finish. The alcohol content comes in at 5.1% with an IBU of 13. I have had very little from 2 Crows Brewing but once again I did enjoy this brew.
