Commercial Description: Heavily Dry Hopped IPA made in collaboration with Boombox Brewing. We started off with a malt base of Golden Promise and Maris Otter which gave the beer a really expressive and bright malt profile, we then dry hopped the living bejesus out of it with over 60kg combine of Mosaic, Vic Secret, Ekuanot and Eldorado hops. The aroma is a combination of over ripe stone fruit, papaya and pineapple with a solid Dank backbone. The mosaic and vic secret dominate the flavour with loads of dank tropical fruits and the finish is smooth and creamy.
