Sparkle and Shine Saison – SILVER VALLEY BREWING

From Silver Valley Brewing out of Maple Ridge comes their “Sparkle and Shine Saison”.  The beer pours a cloudy orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of citrus, bubblegum, sweetness, grain and spices.  The flavour is of grain, citrus, grapefruit pith, bubblegum, sweetness, spices and some resin in the finish.  The alcohol content comes in at 7% with an IBU of 25.  This was a nice saison and you will enjoy every sip.
