From Silver Valley Brewing out of Maple Ridge in collaboration with Instagrammers Beer Brothers comes their “A Different Kind of Dynamite Cranberry Sour”.  The beer pours a reddish colour with a mildly reddish tinged head.  The aroma consists of mild cranberries, cranberry juice with a hint of tartness.  The flavour is of cranberry, cranberry juice, citrus, mild tartness with mild grain and bready malts.  The alcohol content comes in at 6% with an IBU of 5.  This is like drinking a tart cranberry juice and I would drink this all summer and it almost seems like a health drink.

Commercial Description:  For this brew we decided to collaborate with local instagramers “Beer Brothers” to come up with this lovely brew. Plenty of cranberry flavour up from with a light sourness for a crowd pleasing finish. Pairs great with fresh salads or a turkey dinner.
