EPISODE 27 – (PART 2) KPU Brewing & Brewery Operations

 

In part two of this three part series we sat down with Nancy More one of the people that built the curriculum for the Kwantlen Polytechnic University Brewing & Brewery Operations program.  She was also the very first Female brewer in North America.  Between the information about the program itself and her stories we found this audio quite compelling.

In part three next week we sit down with some of the graduates of the program and talk about the program and where they are now.
